Hi everybody,

I want to simulate simply a 1D wave propagation in a euler beam with a very simple sinus function that apply at one side of the beam. How could I do it? Where could I apply a sin wave as a exitation?

thanks(comsol 3.5a)

Hi

one can apply a sinus wave via the time solver, but I would suggest that you read through the doc about the harmonic solver, and harmonic frequancy sweep, these are aften faster methods

Good luck
