moving melt

Hi
I want to simulate melt in cavity like an injection molding process. I do not want to exactly do properties of melt I want to simulate melt as a thin box which goes into another box and acts like a melt. so important things are

first: how to move melt box into the other one and consider temperature changes for both boxes.
actually I have done it using parametric sweep tool of comsol but in this case simulation is done in each step independent to the last step so temperature contours are not related to the previous one.

second I want to consider radiation which I think will not be as difficult as the first one, using surface to surface radiation tool may work.

thanks
