specifying multiple initial positions (in 3 D) for particle tracing..

I'm having trouble specifying starting position for particle tracing in more than 1 dimensions.
it works well in 1D as in : 'partstart',{[40e-6:10e-6:130e-6], [50e-6], [3.9e-005]}, ...
but if i write 'partstart',{[40e-6:10e-6:130e-6], [50e-6:10e-6:80e-6], [3.9e-005]}, ...an error comes up.
I need to specify initial positions in 3D. Any help will be highly appreciated.
