cron job for simulations

hello,
i am working on a process whose simulation time is in the order of days, and i would like to automate the simulations (like a cron job in linux machines) so that i do not have to be around the COMSOL terminal in our lab all the time.

i know the simulations can be controlled via matlab, but is there anyway within comsol 3.5a where i can tell to do 10 consecutive simulations with same settings, and save the data?
