Rectangular Pulse Train Current (Magnetic Fields time dependant)

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,
I used a rectangular wave as external current density in Magnetic field module.
Got a following error:
Nonlinear solver did not converge.
Time : 0
Undefined value found.
NaN or Inf found when solving linear system using GMRES
Last time step is not converged.

I got this error when the number in the "upper limit" field in rect1 definition was equal to "upper limit field" in the periodic extension. Although the the total pulse length was smaller than the period time I got the error.

Solution: in order to make rectangular pulse train with 100microsec length and 20 microsec pause define:

lower limit 0 upper limit 100 and periodic extension upper limit 120 does work
Lower limit 20 , upper limit 120 and periodic extension 120 does not work.
