Refine mesh close to a point

Almost everything is in the subject: I have not found (yet) how to define the elements size in the vicinity of a point I have added inside the domain. Any idea welcome...

Hello Alain,
Presuming that it's an unstructured simplex mesh you are using for the domain where the point is located, try right clicking in the Model Builder window on the Free Triangular node in question and adding a Size node and specifying the Geometric scope level to be Point. See attached screenshot.
