Hi,

I am doing joule thin film heating work

There are two electrodes ( 1[cm]*0.1[cm]*0.1[cm] ) contacted on the substrate( 1[cm]*1[cm]*30[nm] ) at sides

I've meshed by two method but there were problem.

1. free tetrahedral z scaling

- problem : Nonsymmetric matrix found

2. 2D meshing and swept

- problem : no matching meshing at connected area

plz help...

Any comments will be appreciated .

Thanks !
