Determination of voltage induced in a secondary coil due to AC excitation of a primary coil.

I modeled a simple voltage transformer as a 2D axis symmetric AC/DC model in COMSOL v 3.5.
I determined the voltage induced in secondary by using the following formula:
Vi = 2*pi*r*N*Ephi_emqa2/A
Is it right way?
To verify it, I varied the frequency of primary from 50 Hz to 500 Hz. Theoretically secondary voltage should increase by a multiplication factor of 10. But it is not happening so.
Can any one help me solve this problem?
Thanks in Advance
