Thermal Stress on a plate

I haver very little experience with Comsol so I am hoping somebody can help me out...

I would like to model the displacement due to thermal stress on a plate. The plate is initially at 453 K at a time t=0 but then the bottom part of the plate loses X amount of heat for a period of 120 seconds.

I`ve made a time dependent study and I have assigned my strain reference temperature as 453 K, and in my initial values I have put 453 K for the plate. I then selected the node of heat transfer through a solid and applied a total heat flux of - X J/s (negative).

The results for my temperature variation seem to make sense, however, not so much for the displacement of my plate. Also the answers for these vary notoriously as I re-do the study. What am I doing wrong?
