How can I do a point analysis on a line between two points?

Hi,

I am new to comsol and programing. I am modeling a parallel plate flow chamber in 2D. Basically, I have a rectangle with an inlet, an outlet and a reactive surface. I am modeling receptor-ligand binding with flow. I want to know the concentration of my species on points along the reactive surface. How can I do this?

Thanks you,
Nisha

Hi

have you tried to make a line plot, select the line of interest, variable concentration, then define the x axis as "X (or Y or Z) and not the default "s" line length index

You can add several line plots to a 1D plot node

PS it works better in thenewver releases of Comsol ;)

Good luck
