Hi How can I create a structured mesh (Mapped mesh) for a surface with different parts?

Hello R,

You can partition the surface with surfaces (or use mesh control surfaces to the same end) to obtain several smaller surfaces that lend themselves to mapped meshing. An example with step-by-step instructions is included in the COMSOL Multiphysics Reference Manual, version 5.4, page 631.

More generally speaking, the chapter on meshing in the Reference Manual manual (Chapter 8) is well worth reading as it describes many meshing strategies you may find useful in your work.

The Learning Center also contains a very good video on meshing, which addresses your question around the ten-minute mark.
