Radius change in Phase Field

Hi, I am surrently working on a Three Phase simulation using the Phase Field interface in COMSOL. In the simulation, I observe a change in shape/profile of a phase. I want to plot this change in shape (r direction) vs the simulation time. How can i go about this?

Any help is really appreciated. Thanks!
