Electric Field in a Semiconductor

Hi All,

I'm new in Comsol and i'm slowly getting in to it,

I would like to simulate the Electric Field in a doped semiconductor (Si n-type doping 1e15cm^-3).

I'm using the Electrostatic Module, but i think this is not enough to study also the effect of the "mobile charge" and the one of the doping because the only parameter request for the material is the electrical permittivity.

I red the paper on the Semiconductor Diode, and the use also the "convention and diffusion" module, do you think this should help me, i don't know how to apply it to my study.

I attached the .mph file. The model is simply a substrate in Si and on the surface there are 2 gold electrode where i apply voltage and Ground.

i hope my explanation is clear enough and that someone will help me with my research,
