mesh 3.5a

i am trying to design a piezoresistive pressure sensor in 3.5a. while meshing the following error comes.
error 4100
failed to generate mesh for subdomain
-subdomain 1
failed to respect boundary element edge on geometry face
- face 18
x coordinate 0.00053
y coordinate 0.000101342
z coordinate -2.4e-007
internal error in boundary respecting
please help...

Hi
this can come from several things, such as too coarse mesh, or too many detailes in your CAD, or large ratios between small and majot feaures ,loops in your geoemtrical topology ...
check where the erro occure, look at the rest of the mesh, does it look regular, do you have some high density mesh features in reagions you do not expect anything to happen ? this should give you some clues how well your cad can be meshed. THen think of ways to cu your domain into smaller domins by adding some interiour boundaries, and remoce "small featues" that aren ot really relevant.
Check the forum, there have been many discussions about meshing
