Heat transfer

Hi everybody I modelled a piece of CFRP in comsol with thickness of about 2cm, I used the new module in comsol 5.5 ( thermal stress in layered shells) Everything has gone well but after the simulation complited I figured out the part related to the heat transfer in shells although I applied heat flux and temperature is still totally insulated! so the result I get for the temprature variation is almost a constant function! I'm so confused and really don't know how to deal with this problem! can anyone help me with that? thanks
