Failed to find consistent values, fluid-structure interaction module

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I am running a simulation of a squeezing flow of a rectangular film by using the fluid-structure interaction module. We are interested in seeing the deformation of the fluid when it is compressed to a constant velocity. The simulation doesn't converge due to:

Failed to find consistent initial values.
Last time step is not converged
Feature: Time-Dependent Solver 1 (sol/t1)
Error: Failed to find consistent initial values.

Attached is the model that I am solving. Should I decrease the convegence criteria of the solver? Does it mean a problem with the bondary conditions? Or do I have a problem with the ALE formulation?

Thank you in advantage for any advice.
