Using Optoelectronics module.. Why solutions are separate?

Hello brothers.. I tried to work on Optoelectronics model that gathers Semiconductor with Wave Optics I use Frequency-Transient as Study I applied DC voltage in Semiconductor as Metal Contacts .. Also, I applied Laser in Wave Optics as Incident Electric Field in Scattering Boundary Condition Branch .. I don’t know why when I show results, there is no coupling between physics in Electric Field!! Each solution from each physics is separated!!

My goal from this module is building Photoconductive Antenna that includes DC Voltage Difference between dipoles (Electrodes) and Gaussian Laser Pulse.
