Getting error in time dependent study of 'Transport of Diluted Species' interface

Hi COMSOL users/experts, I'm getting similar types of errors everytime I run my model. It says that ''Repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity. Time: 0.01848536546 s. Last time step is not converged.'' I'm using a 2D axisymmetric geometry, actually a stack of 20 annular discs with decreasing inner diameters (an ion funnel basically). First, I have used a 'stationary study' to simulate 'turbulent flow' of air through this funnel. I used 'inlet' and 'outlet' for air flow. This step is giving me a satisfactory plot of 'velocity magnitude (m/s)' of air. In the next step I have used 'Transport of Diluted Species(tds)' interface with 'time dependent study' to simulate ion motion. Here I have a 'line mass source' of ions. Ions originating from this source diffuse in simulating domain as well as experience convection due to the airflow (described in first step). This step should give me a concentration plot as I know from my previous simulation with simpler geometry, but in this geometry I'm not able to run this step. The above mentioned error is coming again and again. Could anyone please suggest how to fix this error ?
