Convergence problem

Hi
I tried to make a mems based thermal actuator using joule heating and thermal expansion module, while trying to study i m getting an error Failed to find a solution.Maximum no. of segregated iterations reached.returned solution is not converged.
Also while trying to change the geometry i encountered another error that relative error is greater than relative tolerance....
I m a beginner and made the model just like the model thermal_actuator_tem_parametrised.
I would be highly obliged to receive your help.

Hi

it's difficult to tell like that, it could be from a too coarse mesh, or some inconsistent BC conditions, difficult to say like that

Good luck
