Error "Can't find dependent libraries"

Hi, Whilst trying to model or import anything in 3D i get an error and cannot get around it. The error is "Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Program Files\COMSOL\COMSOL53\Multiphysics\lib\win64\csjcad.dll: Can't find dependent libraries" Any ideas? Thankyou

Is this a new error (i.e., did it use to work just fine, and then this suddenly started happening)? My guess is that you have a software installation problem or disk file(s) corruption issue. If I experienced an error like that and it both didn't go away with a computer restart and if I couldn't figure out how to fix it on my own (perhaps even by reinstalling Comsol Multiphysics), then I would contact Comsol support directly at: https://www.comsol.com/support/ .
