Problem with the Pulse Heat

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi!

I am modeling a problem in 3D by shooting a thin copper sample with a laser beam in a circular spot with pulses. I can set the pulses to start, but I can't set them to stop and let the program run for a few more seconds. I need help with this so that, for example, the pulse shots on the surface run for 20 milliseconds, but let's say the program runs for 40 seconds, where can I set this?

My other problem would be the evaluation in 3D. I want to read from the 3D model how far a shot goes into the sample (um), but I can't increase the grid axis to see it more precisely. Is it possible to increase it somehow so that the grid axis is denser?

Best regards, Marton Soha
