Is this possible to use COMSOL interface on a computer but run the simulation in another computer which both has installed COMSOL?

If you have a Floating Network License (FNL), yes, you can do that. In the documentation, this is referred to as running in client-server mode. Please see the Introduction to COMSOL Multiphysics manual, version 6.2, page 185.
