Importing the Results of an External FE Package into COMSOL

I'm trying to use the deformed geometry and its corresponding stress and strain distributions, calculated by another package, in COMSOL as an input to another Physics. I read through some of the previous posts and noticed that I need to use the undeformed geometry, import the nodal displacements as interpolation functions, and then use these nodal displacements as a Prescribed Displacement to achieve the intended effect (recalculate the stress and strain fields). However, the prescribed displacement (imposed on the domain) does not even recreate the same deformation, let alone the same stress or strain distribution (I'm using the same material behavior as the external software). Shouldn't the prescribed displacement recreate the same deformation at least?

Only from looking at the picture, could it be that you mixed up two spatial axes? The deformed shapes may match when one of them is rotated by 90° around a horizontal axis ranging from left to right. Just a wild guess though.
