Advice about Plasmonics and COMSOL

Hello,

I'm a student and I work in modelling plasmonic structures.
I'm in desperate need for an accurate tool to model plasmonic waveguides and plasmonics ring resonators.
Also, I need a tool to compute the effective index of different plasmonic waveguides.

So, please advice me if COMSOL Multiphysics is the tool I need or not? I've tried several other simulators, but they failed at giving consistent results when related to plasmonics.
Is it available as a trial version?
And which version do I need for reliable results in plasmonics?
