designing a iridium oxide nano monitor for Crp protein detection

can anyone guide me in simulation of iridium oxide nano monitor ?? I am working on detection of Crp protein which is a bio-marker for cardiovascular disease. Later i also need to find the dissociation constant of Crp protein using comsol technology.
