Maximum stress

I want to calculate the sensitivity of maximum stress(Von-Mises stress).

of course, If maximum stress point is located at point or boundary, I would set the point setting in sensitivity module.

But suppose that if maximum stress is shown in the subdomain, not boundary and point, How do I get the sensitivity of stress?
