prevent displacement in specefic directions

Hi all, I have a model and I have a question about it. On the surface of the geometry I d like to only have the deformation in the positive X direction and skip the one in the negative direction. I chose prescribe deformation, but unfortunately it only has the zero deformation in both positive and negative directions. Thanks very much Sia
