Link ray tracing to deposited beam power

I have a system of mirrors and an initial gaussian beam (with a gaussian intensity profile). I would like to trace the rays through my optical system while also applying thermal heat loads on the mirror surfaces. These heat loads should correspond to the traced rays and should transform down the line (in position and intensity profile) due to thermal deformations of mirror surfaces.

What is the best strategy to set this up?
