Hello everyone, I want to deisgn a MEMS Capacitive Accelerometer on COMSOL, however I am unable to find any good resources for the same, as most of them revolve around modelling and simulation. Can someone please share some tutorials or refernces that will help me in designing. Thank you very much!!
