Carrier concentration in quantum-confined systems

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello, I am trying to solve for the carrier concentration of a Quantum point contact under application of different gate voltages at cryogenic temperatures. Is self-consistent Schrodinger-poisson solver the only way to go about it or one can use the semiconductor module as well?
