Modeling of the heating cylinder.

Hello everybody.
I am trying to use comsol multiphysics to solve the problem of heating metal cylinder placed in the heat chamber. I need information about the time of full heating the cylinder.
How to set the boundary conditions for this process? I have dimensions of the heat chamber and temperature inside this chamber.
What physical processes there will be?
Could anyone help me in this?
